Our client is adding help desk support to their NYC office that will be an integral part of the team. This poistion is ideal for a self-motivated individual to join the team and hit the ground running.

Salary/Rate: Based on experience

Position Overview: We are looking for friendly, hard-working individuals who have a minimum of 1 - 2 years technical experience/knowledge. This candidate must have a “hands-on, roll up your sleeves” attitude.

Technical Requirements:

  • Must have Windows, Microsoft Office, troubleshooting and problem resolution skills.
  • Must possess the ability to analyze and diagnose technical issues.
  • Effectively communicate using written, oral, non-verbal, and active listening skills
  • This position requires excellent communication and user relationship skills along with the ability to multi-task.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Outstanding time management skills and ability to multi-task
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel a plus

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Associates Degree required
